Get ready for a delightful morning at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens as the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra presents a special Musical Storytime! Join us on Saturday, September 26th at 11:00 AM at the charming Paul Smith Children’s Village for a captivating presentation of I, Crocodile, based on the beloved children’s book by Fred Marcellino.

The whimsical story of a Parisian crocodile will come alive through the engaging narration of Jennifer Wacker, accompanied by a lively original score composed by the local Gary DePaolo. The enchanting tale will be beautifully performed by a live CSO musician trio on the flute, violin, and cello.

Beyond the musical delight, the morning will feature the CSO’s popular Instrument Petting Zoo. This interactive and hands-on experience allows children to get up close and personal with the orchestral instruments they’ve just heard. They can touch, hold, and even try playing them, fostering a unique opportunity to develop a lifelong love of music and early childhood literacy in a beautiful, natural setting.
