The CSO Friends host an evening of Hemingway-inspired cocktails and heavy appetizers at the Atlas Theatre. Hemingway scholar and author, Phil Greene, will share book excerpts and stories about Hemingway’s life and his connections to Wyoming.

Hemingway Daiquiri paired with shrimp ceviche and tortilla chips
Montgomery Martini paired with salmon pate on crustini and pickled melons and beets
