The American Piano Duo: Del Parkinson & Jeff Shumway — Idaho natives Shumway and Parkinson met at a competition, studied together at Juilliard and then earned doctorates from Indiana University. Now professors at BYU and Boise State, respectively, the American Piano Duo has been thrilling audiences in the U.S, Europe and Mexico since 1984. Yoojin Jang, violin soloist – A powerful young violinist who has been praised for her “fiery virtuosity” and sensitive interpretation. She has been performing with top Korean orchestras such as the KBS Symphony Orchestra and the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra since the age of 9.
